What we hear often
Sound familiar?
"We re-enter the same data three times."
Your systems don't talk to each other, so everything runs through Excel files and manual copy-pasting.
"We know AI could help, but where do we even start?"
There are too many options and not enough time to figure out what would actually move the needle for your business.
"The big firms don't talk to companies our size."
Their engagements are built for businesses ten times your size — and priced that way too.
What we do
Two concrete ways to get started
No vague mandates, no consultant jargon. Two clear offers, built to deliver a measurable result quickly.
01
ERP & software data integration
Your systems don't talk to each other? We connect your tools — ERP, accounting, CRM — so information flows without manual re-entry or parallel Excel files.
- Mapping of your current systems
- Data integration and synchronization
- Automation of repetitive transfers
02
Operational audit + AI roadmap
We take a close look at your operations to pinpoint exactly where artificial intelligence can have the most impact — then hand you a concrete, prioritized plan.
- Full process diagnostic
- Report prioritized by added value
- Concrete AI agent recommendations
Our Fidelio specialty
Your Fidelio transition, without losing control.
20 years of hands-on Fidelio experienceIt's really one risk, experienced in two stages. Before implementation, the risk is your data — is it complete, clean, and properly prepared for Fidelio? During implementation, the risk is your bandwidth : who at your company has the time and the ERP instincts to track every decision, every deadline, every curveball — on top of running the business day-to-day the whole time? We handle both. Not to take you out of the project — you're still the one calling the shots — but so you're not left carrying it alone, in the weeds, on top of everything else. Because an implementation that works technically but leaves you having lost the thread along the way isn't really a win, even if the system itself is running.
Part 1
Data preparation and migration
Your data isn't just columns in a spreadsheet — it's your company's history : your customers, your inventory, your margins, your way of doing things, often built up over fifteen or twenty years across two or three systems that never talked to each other. We prepare it and migrate it into Fidelio — whether it's coming from Excel, Acomba, or another system — with 20 years of practice on this specific destination platform, not generic "ERP systems" expertise. We've already carried out that exact migration end to end, from Acomba to Fidelio, so we know where data usually gets stuck : opening balances that don't reconcile, customer duplicates that were never cleaned up, truncated histories you only notice once the system is live. Catching these before the switch is what saves weeks of cleanup afterward.
Part 2
Client-side project coordination
While Commsoft's technical team implements Fidelio — that's their expertise, and they own it — someone has to handle everything else : translating technical jargon into real impact on your operations, following up on decisions that keep stalling because everyone at your company already wears several hats, noticing the schedule is starting to slip before it becomes a real problem. It's close to a full-time job for the length of the project — and it's nobody's actual job at your company. It's what we've been doing for 20 years, historically through mandates referred by Commsoft, a relationship we maintain and value. Today, we're also available on a direct mandate, from the very start of your Fidelio thinking, without waiting for a referral — so you have someone in your corner from day one through go-live, whether the starting point is Commsoft or a direct call to ABTF Inc.
45%
is the average budget overrun on large IT projects, according to a McKinsey / University of Oxford study of more than 5,400 projects. The same study found that one project in six goes seriously off the rails, with an average cost overrun of 200% and an average schedule overrun of 70%, while delivering on average 56% less value than planned. This isn't a technology inevitability — it's what happens when upfront preparation (data, scope, governance) is treated as a formality instead of real work.
McKinsey & Company / Oxford BT Centre for Major Programme Management, "Delivering large-scale IT projects on time, on budget, and on value".
An implementation that works technically on day one is only part of the job. A McKinsey study of 1,793 executives found that only 16% of digital transformations succeed in sustaining their gains over time. The difference rarely comes down to technology — it comes down to how the implementation actually played out : were teams properly trained, or just shown the system in a rush because the schedule was tight? Do the shortcuts taken under pressure come back to haunt everyone three months later? That's exactly what good coordination, during the project, is meant to prevent.
McKinsey & Company, "Unlocking success in digital transformations" (2018).
It's (almost) never the tool that derails an ERP project — it's the lack of human support around it. At ABTF Inc., that's the gap we fill, on both sides of the project.
